ABC is pleased to announce that Khen Rinpoche Geshe Chonyi will be leading a Lamrim meditation retreat from 13 to 26 Oct 19, to be held at Le Grandeur Palm Resort, Johor.

Lamrim meditation, or meditation on the stages of the path to enlightenment, is a step-by-step method to tame the mind. By cultivating an awareness of our present conditions, we gain an understanding of how we can shape our mental outlook to gradually unlock our mind's deepest potential for unfettered happiness. This is a practice through which anyone can find insight and meaning, according to each individual's level of understanding. This retreat is a great opportunity for us to have the time to meditate on a deeper level in a relaxing, immersive retreat environment, under the guidance of Khen Rinpoche Geshe Chonyi.

• Thirteen nights' accommodation in a deluxe room
• Return Singapore/Palm Resort/Singapore coach transfer
• Meal Plans: 13 buffet breakfasts + 13 buffet lunches + 13 buffet dinners. Buffet spread would include both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.
• Complimentary Wifi internet usage
• Complimentary coffee & tea making facilities in the hotel room
• Package rates are inclusive of 10% service charge and prevailing government tax.

Registration

Register by:

1. Emailing your completed registration form and passport detail page to Vincent Koh (envogue@singnet.com.sg) by 30 Jun 2019.
2. Register in person either on 29 Jun 2019, 1 pm or on 7 Jul 2019, 11 am at ABC level 4

We have 80 vacancies for this retreat. Places will be allocated on the following basis:

• Priority will be given to those who need to fulfill their Basic Program requirements.
• Remaining places will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis

Please note that those who register via email will still need to submit the required documents and payment on either 29 Jun or 7 Jul during onsite registration.

Items to bring for on-site registration

• Completed registration form, duly signed (download here)
• One photocopy of your passport detail page
• Full payment (Cash and cheque only. Cheques are to be crossed and made payable to "Koh Chee Hong")
• Travel insurance policy covering the trip period (compulsory)

Roommate

It is highly recommended that you find your own roommate. Roommates will be assigned to those who register without one. If we are not able to find a roommate for you, you will be assigned a single room and single-room charges will apply.

Cancellation and Refund

Please note that there will be no refund should you cancel your registration after payment is made.
